Student Motorsport are proud to welcome The Motorsport Collective to our new website, we are collaborating with them to bring opportunities to our members, students, graduates and aspiring automotive and motorsport professionals.

What they do...

The Motorsport Collective connect people who work and compete in motorsport through a series of fun, sociable events with interesting speakers. Their aim is to forge new friendships, connect industry contacts and help motorsport individuals and businesses to keep thriving.

The Motorsport Collective offers a range of exclusive events to its members, featuring interesting talks with selected industry experts, followed by plenty of time to mix with fellow members in a fun, casual environment.  Instead of name badges, they ask members to choose a sticker that represents their involvement in the industry: a camera if you're a photographer, a spanner if you get your hands dirty for a living.  They find that this not only encourages members to seek out those in similar professions, but it sparks conversations with new contacts too.

All members receive regular newsletters which summarise past events, detail upcoming events and profile selected members who are looking for new connections in the industry. Think of it as a lonely hearts column, but without the inevitable disappointment on the first date.

How we're working together...

The Motorsport Collective and Student Motorsport have come together to work collaboratively with the introduction of events that will bring together FE and HE students and graduates with the wider motorsport industry.  We know how lucky we are to be able to work and play in such a vibrant, exciting industry like motorsport.  We also know how important it is to give something back too, that's why we're working hard to bring the next generation and current motorsport professionals together in exciting events.

A word from them...
